a. Battery fluid spillage or leakage.

b. Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.

c. Improper operation, maintenance or storage.

d. Commercial use or use other than normal.

e. Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Electric Mobility

Corporation.

f. Circumstances beyond the control of Electric Mobility Corporation.

4. Labor, service calls, shipping (where applicable) and other charges incurred for repair of the

product unless specifically authorized by Electric Mobility Corporation except during the first thirty

days of ownership.

There is no other express warranty.
